The Writer’s Pause

,

This month, I don’t have anything special to share with you. The writer in me — I talked to her. Asked if she had something for this month’s post.

At first, she didn’t reply. Then, finally, she said she couldn’t write anything right now. The reason? Weird, but not surprising. You know, I’ve known her for a long time.

She said, “I’m not handling our life issues properly, so I can’t focus on writing.”

And then she added, “The system that automatically translates emotions and thoughts into words is broken. I’m trying to fix it, but it’s taking time. Some days, I feel too much, and then suddenly, I feel nothing at all. When I try to think, my mind fills up with too many thoughts. Emotions whirl inside me until I feel dizzy. My whole body aches, like I’ve fallen from the 28th floor. You won’t believe me, but I feel exhausted by 8 a.m.”

After that, what could I say? I just listened. I’m trying my best to handle everything, too.

But life is… life.

  1. Take a break and come back refreshed 🙂

  2. It’s OK it happens to all of us. I think we just have to be free in thoughts and everything will fall into place

  3. I don’t know why but I feel you through your words and believe me when I say this. Kudos to you for being such strong and also celebrate yourself especially on your lows.

  4. Spend time with nature and nourish your soul but again it’s too late🙏🙏🙏
I am sorry about late back response🙏

    1. It’s okay. It’s still a useful advice.
