Stop Scratching Old Wounds

You constantly remind yourself of what you need to forget. It feels like you keep scratching your wounds and feeling the pain again and again. How will you heal like this?

Healing needs time and peace, not constant reminders of pain. You don’t heal by reopening wounds. You heal by letting them rest.

You need to divert your path from hurting to healing. You need to focus on growth. You need to give yourself another chance.

Create new memories. Slowly, those painful memories will start to fade away on their own.
