Addicted to Peace

The peace in my life is precious to me. It gives me the energy to focus and function properly. I canโ€™t allow negativity or toxicity in my life, because if I drain my energy on useless things, I wonโ€™t have enough left for what actually matters.

So whenever something or someone starts disturbing that peace, I distance myself. Sometimes I disconnect completely. Because protecting my peace is my responsibility.

I enjoy having people in my life, but I also love my peace. Iโ€™m not willing to go back to that tired version of lifeโ€”the one where Iโ€™d wake up every morning already feeling exhausted. It took me years to build this calm, balanced space. And now that I have it, Iโ€™m addicted to it.

And I wonโ€™t lose it.
