I think you’re stuck somewhere between the past and the present — between imagination and reality. Maybe you’re stuck on that one song, or at the corner of that street, or in the flavor of that ice cream.
But let me remind you of something you probably already know: people change over time, and so do their choices. Maybe they no longer like what they once loved. Maybe they don’t do the things they used to do. Maybe they aren’t the same person you used to know.
So whatever you’re seeing through blurry eyes right now… it might just be an illusion. And once you clear your vision, that illusion will vanish — like it was never there at all.
